The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Tracking Your Parcel

After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder. 

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

Duties and Taxes

1. United States and Canada
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

2. United Kingdom
All items shipping to the UK include VAT and duties. There are no additional fees on delivery

3. Australia
Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

4. Other international shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that NextCond does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Foreign Transaction Fee

NextCond does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of NextCond. As we're based out of Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.
